Omakase Cocktails Experience – Booking Information

A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 72 hours in advance. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your experience.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 72+ hours prior to your booking will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

• Changes to group size within 72 hours will be charged based on the original number of guests booked.

Public Holiday Surcharge - A 10% surcharge applies to all bookings that fall on public holidays, in line with standard hospitality industry practice.
